1.What is ACES ?
ACES abbreviation stands for Artist Consultancy and Entertainment Services - a premium service vertical of ARSVITAE INFOTECH Private Limited. We are an exclusive social media platform for performing artists & art enthusiasts; fostering collaboration, empowering both artists & enthusiasts, creating digital footprints for artists, offering curated content, serving as a one-stop shop for art-related news, custom feeds, event info, booking services. The platform encompasses & nurtures existing & upcoming artists.
2. How to create page in ACES
Firstly you’ll have to create a profile by signing in/signing up on aces platform.
Post which you’ll have to navigate to the profile section on the top right click on the profile icon and from the drop down option click on create new page. The new page option appears, now you select the respective category, fill up the form and the page is created. Click on the edit page option and add the needed details, you can then invite or add members to the page.
If the page created is a group page then you can share the invitation via invite links across social media and if the artists to be invited are already present in the platform you can simply add them by sending a request and upon acceptance they become the member of the page.

3. Can Artists create multiple profiles for different categories ? If so, how can they do the same?
Yes, Performing artists can create multiple profiles for different categories. Post creation of the initial profile an artist can click on create profile to create profiles for the other categories they wish to do so. ! Note one artist can only create one profile for the different categories available i.e. an artist can create 1 profile as musician for the musician category and 1 profile as dancer for the dancer category but not more than 1 profile under respective categories.
4. Can an Artist be part of more than one band/group if so how does that work out ?
Yes an Artist is permitted to be part of more than one band./group , how this works is explained below with an example: Assume A is guitarist and primarily associated with a band called Highaway in such a scenario A is deemed to be the primary/associated member of Highaway and the same shall be featured in A’s profile and or under Highaway profile as core member. Now A can also opt-in as a freelancer and work as a freelancer for other bands and is open to network and collaborate with them.
